Refunds Policy

48-Hour Refund Policy:

If you have booked online and prepaid the service and for any reason, you are unable to hold your appointment. We would gladly give you a refund based on our financial & credit card processor service providers' policies within 48 hours from the original time of purchase or booking. After 48 hours from the original time of purchase, we won't be able to you a refund and we will only give you service credit. There is no expiration for this credit and you can use it towards any of our services. If we agree to give you a refund and an expiration time, it will result in a minimum charge of $40 or 25% of the service cost whichever is higher.

Paypal Refund Policy:

A fee of 2.9% + 30 Cents will be deducted from the total you paid if you paid with Paypal. THIS IS A FEE CHARGED BY PAYPAL.

Stripe Refund Policy:

A fee of 2.9% + 30 Cents will be deducted from the total you paid if you paid with Stripe. THIS IS A FEE CHARGED BY STRIPE.

Your acceptance of these terms:

By booking online and offline, purchasing, or requesting our service in person or by phone you signify your acceptance of these policies. If you do not agree to these policies, do not book online or offline, purchase or make an appointment in person or by phone. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these policies will deemed your acceptance of those changes.
